Although she’s known in Hollywood as a true original, even Lady Gaga tends to slip once in awhile and copies another star’s look.

The 25-year-old “You and I” singer stepped out on October 2 rocking the same pumped-up ponytail that Olivia Wilde sported at the Cowboys & Aliens premiere in Germany August 8.

What’s unique about the Rapunzel-length style is that it’s gathered every few inches with a clear elastic band to form a trail of bunches.

For those dying to rock this pony themselves, Us Weekly got the full how-to from Wilde’s hair pro, David Babaii for Couture Colour.
“First I used Couture Colour Pequi Oil Treatment (, couturecolour.com) to make Olivia’s hair smooth, shiny and easy to style, then I brushed it into a high ponytail and secured it at the base with a hair elastic,” says Babaii. “To highlight Olivia’s long locks, I put a hair elastic every 1/2 to 1-inch down the ponytail. To finish off the look I gently pulled out a little hair from in between each section to add body to this elegant yet strong, cinched pony.”
