Shenae Grimes is beefing up her resume.

Currently on hiatus from 90210 — she’ll begin shooting the fourth season later this summer — Grimes, 21, began a six-week internship with Teen Vogue on Tuesday.

“I’m home from my first day as an intern at Teen Vogue and boy, am I wiped!  With a million shoots to prepare for, the office was a zoo of clothes today and I don’t think I sat down once!” the actress blogged.

“I was definitely put to work, which is exactly what I had hoped for,” Grimes wrote. “While it’s been a while since I’ve felt this exhausted, it’s also been too long since I’ve felt this fulfilled!”

Grimes seems to be taking her new role seriously. “I really hope to make a home for myself here at Teen Vogue as I work hard to show how grateful I am for this amazing experience,” she added.

The actress isn’t the only celebrity to intern for Teen Vogue; Ugly Betty’s Mark Indelicato worked for the New York-based publication in 2010.

“Kristen is a beautiful young girl, and this style was all about softening her hair to go with the clothes she wore on the cover,” says Oribe.

Here, he tells UsMagazine.com how to recreate the Twilight actress’ hair look in four steps:

1. Spray your hair, section by section, with a volumizing product. He used Oribe Volumista Mist (, oribe.com). Then, blow-dry hair using a round brush to add body and movement.

2. Use a large-barrel curling iron to create big, loose curls. Spray each section first with a flexible-hold hair spray to prevent frizz and lock in the style.

3. Brush out the curls so the style looks natural with lots of body.

4. Finish with an all-over mist of lightweight hairspray.
