What Fashion Store Is Good For A Part Time Job?

I’m going to become a fashion student soon. And I was suggested and somewhat advised to get a part time job for clothing or anything that has ANYTHING to do with fashion. So that pretty much cuts off being a waistress or working with food. So what sorts of stores or companies should I be suggesting to work at as a part time job?
In Macy’s there’s departments of perfume (it’s not part of Macy’s), join them.
i work at victoria’s secret and it’s good for a part time job. i guess that’s more lingerie than fashion, but it’s still retail and you’d still be getting experience in fashion retail. and plus the pink line has a lot of clothes in the actual stores, and not just online like the rest of the clothes.
i would suggest guess or bebe, or even coach or louis vuitton. or if you want something a little more casual, then abercrombie and fitch.

what area are you wanting to work in?
working at a fashion store would be fantastic. first of all you would get a discount and then u would keep up with the latest trends. it depends where you live but i would do something like express or von maur where they are pretty up to date. victoria secrets. they have great clothes online. i would definitly do big chain stores and not little ones. neiman, nordstrom, bloomingdales. they get great discounts and you could work you way up to the very top.

If you work at Old Navy you can walk around a big store and wear headphones and pretend that you’re talking to people.
You might not have it where you live, but Supre or Aquatique
bebe is a great store. It’s very sophisticated, sexy and modern. Zara, Arden B and Betsey Johnson are other choices.
